Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, we may send a replacement only.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package
- Clear photos of the issue and the packing slip are required
- Replacements are the only solution — no refunds
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to USPS.
If your package has not arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact USPS directly.

However, MMELT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Age Verification & Canceled Orders
By law, we cannot sell to minors.
